Wilson is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Kraków to deliver end-to-end recruitment and act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates. You will combine market intelligence with innovative sourcing strategies to meet critical hiring needs for our clients and drive excellent candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with market research and passive sourcing.
• Strong client focus and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in managing candidate experience end-to-end.
• Experience with ATS and maintaining a strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and processes to add client value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update reports and ATS data along with related administrative tasks.
