Job summary

Energizer Holdings is seeking a customer oriented Order Management Specialist (speaking English and ideally additional languages) to manage and nurture strong client relationships. You will be the first line of communication for Energizer and help deliver our vision of outstanding customer service through effective order management.

Responsibilities include processing orders with high accuracy, ensuring product availability, coordinating transport and lead times, handling returns, and

Qualifications

Experience and knowledge of the SAP system.
Educated to a minimum of “A level” or equivalent to include English/others languages & Maths.
High proficiency in English and Polish; additional languages such as German, French or Italian are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Processing orders with high accuracy ensuring product availability and managing transportation.
Understanding customer needs from packing requirements to lead time management.
Managing customer returns and updating customer profiles in the database.
Proactive customer engagement and managing expectations on availability, delivery times, and delays.
Responding to customer queries and complaints within agreed times.
Using reports to drive decisions on own accounts and collaborating with Supply and Demand Planning.
