Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science is required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min. C1) and additional foreign language (French or German or Italian at min. B2 level).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients.
• Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails.
• Establish and maintain effective team communications.
• Participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings.
