Job summary

Brenntag in Poland is seeking a Junior P2P Analyst Accounts Payable with French language skills to ensure timely processing of invoices in our Procure-to-Pay function. Based in Łódź city center, the role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.

You will verify invoices, process AP and travel expenses, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements in a transition-friendly environment. English and French communication required; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Transition experience is an asset.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP or equivalent ERP tools.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B level).

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices in accordance with policies and controls.
• Process invoices accurately within service levels and KPIs; handle AP and Travel & Expense.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain relationships and resolve queries.
• Identify recurring issues and propose efficiency improvements.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
