Job summary

Brenntag in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a P2P Analyst – Accounts Payable with French language skills to ensure timely invoice processing within the Procure-to-Pay function.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in P2P accounts payable.
• Experience in transition or migration projects is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across functions and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices in compliance with policies and KPIs.
• Process AP and Travel & Expense with timely accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to address queries.
• Prepare standard reports and accounting schedules for decision-making.
• Identify recurring issues and propose efficiency improvements; escalate when needed.
