Job summary

Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. – Łódź is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (PTP) with French to join the team.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• 2 years of experience in Accounts payable.
• Good knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Fluency in French (C1) is essential for client communication; English min B2.
• Expertise in MS Office & Internet.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day Accounts Payable.
• Invoice Processing (NON-PO).
• Handle vendor queries - payment and invoice status clarification.
• Contact client and suppliers (voice).
• Direct Debit Clearing.
• Follow the documented procedures.
• Be an active team player with good communication and documentation skills internally and externally.
