Job summary

D-ploy GmbH in Poland is seeking an IT Support professional to join our international team. You will provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software, and deliver second level support to employees and client sites.

The role requires fluent English and Polish, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently yet stay aligned with best practices. You will help maintain inventory, document issues, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

• Language skills: fluent English and Polish required.
• IT technical skills for Windows systems and thin clients.
• Strong problem solving/analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software.
• Second level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction.
• Provide prompt responses to questions from employees as well as from client’s site.
• Documentation of problems and knowledge base creation.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.
• Service Request Management, Access Management, User Management, Onsite Support.
• Right assignment and troubleshooting.
• Process Improvement activities.
• Consult with IT experts, if the appropriate action is unclear.
• Apply knowledge of overall systems and landscapes as appropriate.
• Good understanding and previous experience working in regulated environments (GxP)
