In this remote or hybrid role, you will build strong relationships with candidates, draft engaging job ads, and ensure a positive candidate experience while navigating a fast-paced tech landscape.

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with fluent French and English to join our Talent Acquisition Factory. In this role, you will lead recruitment projects across Europe, with a strong focus on IT and Cybersecurity positions.

Recruiter (French & English Speaking)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Cybersecurity roles, ranging from technical specialists and engineers to senior expert and leadership positions
• Actively source and directly approach candidates, using creative search strategies and modern tools
• Partner closely with Cybersecurity, Technology, and Engineering leaders to identify talent needs and build recruitment strategies for highly specialized roles
• Build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers and act as a recruitment advisor throughout the hiring process
• Analyze the labor market and recommend optimal channels to reach top talent
• Draft and publish engaging job ads across relevant platforms
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT industry, including sourcing and hiring for technical roles
• Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search, with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
