Next Job Abroad is seeking a bilingual Finnish and Estonian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team in Malta. You'll be the first point of contact for customers through live chat, email, and phone, helping with account questions and product features.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and Estonian required, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication in both languages for emails and chats.

Responsibilities

• Explain promotions, products and platform features to users.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Support responsible gaming and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
