BI Reporting Specialist

Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a detail‑oriented reporting professional to take over local reporting duties in Wroclaw. You will create simple Power BI reports, refresh data, and maintain processes to ensure accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.

You will work with remote locations, leverage Excel advanced features, and support BI analysts in developing new reports while seeking automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, business, finance or related field.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing and business processes.
• 2-3 years of proven working experience in reporting and analysis.
• Ability to develop relationship with remote locations and work with different levels of management.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong Excel skills including power query/power pivot.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software (Power BI).
• Organizational skills, adaptability and outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication.
• Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility.
