Job summary

GEP is seeking a Senior BI & Data Integration Specialist to lead the development of our BI and data landscape. You will design dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and ensure high-quality, reliable information across the organization.

You will partner with Finance as the primary business ally while collaborating with Sales, HR, IT, and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, data management, or reporting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with databases.
• Experience integrating data from multiple business systems.
• Understanding of data quality, governance and best practices.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/BI platforms and translating business needs into tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Manage data integration across multiple business systems and apps.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance in reporting.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and reporting structures.
• Monitor data flows and pipelines to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Finance for financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR, Product, and IT to define needs.
• Translate requirements into effective BI and data solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and KPI frameworks.
• Administer BI environment including access governance and performance.

Senior BI & Data Integration Specialist

Power BI, data integration, data management, Finance partnering, and collaboration with IT and business functions.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI & Data Integration Specialist to join our team and drive the development of our Business Intelligence and data landscape.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions, integrating data from multiple business systems, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and consistent information across the organization.

You will work closely with Finance as the primary business partner, while also collaborating with Sales, HR, Product Owners, and IT teams. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will translate business requirements into scalable reporting and data solutions that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Manage and improve data integration across multiple business systems and applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance across reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and reporting structures.
• Monitor and maintain data flows and data pipelines to ensure reliable reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR, Product Management, and IT to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective BI and data solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, KPI frameworks, and data management practices.
• Administer and optimize the BI environment, including user access management, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Research and implement new BI capabilities and best practices to enhance reporting and data management.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, data management, or reporting-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with databases.
• Experience integrating data from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Qlik Sense or other BI platforms.
• Experience working in an international business environment.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft data and analytics ecosystem.
