Job summary

Paessler GmbH in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a BI analyst to join our seven-person team at the intersection of business, data, and enablement. You will clarify decisions, identify KPIs, challenge assumptions, and deliver actionable insights as we grow an AI-assisted BI platform.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Revenue Operations to translate questions into analyses, build dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Power BI, and guide stakeholders through

Qualifications

2+ years in data analysis, BI, analytics consulting, or Revenue Operations analytics.
Proven ability to influence decisions through analysis, not only reports.
Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot or Power BI/Tableau/Looker and LLMs.
Clear communication in English; German helpful depending on location.

Responsibilities

Translate business questions into analyses and recommendations.
Analyze pipeline, conversion, revenue, customer segments, and product usage.
Build dashboards and data products in ThoughtSpot, Power BI, and Azure SQL.
Use SQL to explore data, validate hypotheses, and answer questions beyond existing reports.
Improve metric consistency, data quality, and governance with stakeholders.
Enable users through training to support self-service analytics.
