Job summary

Base.com looks for a Business Intelligence Developer (SQL, PowerBI) to join our data experts team and transform data into actionable insights that will guide our growth strategy. You will own end-to-end BI development, from gathering requirements to warehousing, modelling, and reporting.

You will work with advanced SQL, PowerBI dashboards, and data warehousing concepts in a fast-paced international startup environment, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
Understanding of data warehousing architecture, data modeling concepts, and ETL/ELT best practices.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying, performance tuning, and data manipulation.
Expertise with BI/data visualization tools (PowerBI is a must).
Proficiency with version control (Git).

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of BI development from requirements to deployment and adoption.
Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with stakeholders and data engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using our tech stack (AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, PowerBI, Git).
Develop comprehensive data models and build interactive dashboards with PowerBI.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and build automated reporting solutions for business users.
