Zusammenfassung

Infosys Limited in Wrocław is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to ensure workplace safety, conduct risk assessments, audits, and trainings. You will monitor compliance with procedures, cooperate with the HSE team, and liaise with Polish authorities to uphold safety standards.

Required are a degree in OHS, experience in an OHS role, and strong knowledge of current legislation and MS Office to manage reports and training initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
• Experience in an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist role or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to conduct occupational health and safety training.
• Experience in conducting internal OHS audits.
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and make sound decisions in critical situations.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems supporting occupational health and safety management.

• Conduct occupational health and safety audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Cooperate with relevant occupational health and safety authorities to ensure compliance with Polish labour law and OHS requirements.
• Investigate workplace accidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures to reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.
• Promote and strengthen the company’s safety culture by raising employee awareness of safety policies and encouraging safe workplace practices
