Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to ensure workplace safety, conduct risk assessments, and lead training programs in Poland. Candidates should have an OHS degree and proven experience in audits, training, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
• Experience in an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist role or similar position.
• Good knowledge of OHS legislation, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to conduct occupational health and safety training.
• Experience in conducting internal OHS audits.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and make sound decisions in critical situations.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems supporting OHS management.

• Cooperate with Polish labour law and OHS authorities to ensure compliance.
• Investigate workplace accidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures to reduce future risk.
• Promote and strengthen the company’s safety culture by raising awareness of safety policies.

Requirements

• University degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
• Professional experience in an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist role or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to conduct occupational health and safety training.
• Experience in conducting internal OHS audits.
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and make sound decisions in critical situations.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems supporting occupational health and safety management.
