Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is hiring a Performance / Infrastructure Benchmarking Engineer in Poland. The role focuses on benchmarking compute and network fabrics, automating tests with Ansible, and storing results in Parquet format for analysis with Pandas and NumPy.

You will work with the Hardware Optimization Team to identify bottlenecks, validate stability, and deliver performance insights across large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT or related field with strong Linux and performance engineering background.
• Experience evaluating compute, memory, and network subsystems using benchmarking suites.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis with Pandas/NumPy.

Responsibilities

• Configure, automate, and provision reproducible testbeds across compute and networking using Ansible.
• Design and run multi-node benchmarks measuring throughput, latency, CPU, and I/O.
• Build data ingestion pipelines into object storage using Parquet for efficient querying.
• Perform automated regression and statistical analysis with Pandas to detect regressions.
• Collaborate with software and infra teams to identify bottlenecks and validate stability.
