GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure/Systems Observability Engineer (DevOps) for Poland to design, implement, and automate monitoring of compute infrastructure. You will build exporters in Go and Python, manage Prometheus data collection, and deliver production dashboards in Grafana.

Qualifikationen

We are seeking a Systems Observability / DevOps Engineer to join our Hardware Optimization Team. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering and automating the monitoring and observability stack required to keep our compute infrastructure optimized by writing custom exporters in Go and Python, managing Prometheus data collection, and delivering production dashboards in Grafana.

Preferred qualifications & skills

• Education & experience: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus heavy experience in Linux systems engineering and DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• OS & Systems Engineering: Strong Linux systems knowledge and administration proficiency, backed by hands-on development and automation experience using Go, Python, and Perl.
• Observability & Telemetry: Hands-on experience configuring and managing Prometheus exporters, writing advanced PromQL queries, and designing insightful Grafana visualization dashboards.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of systemd services, process supervision, network configurations, and system logging, particularly regarding how system metrics are exposed and collected
