CCRES Educational & Behavioral Health Services in Lancaster County is hiring a Behavior Health Technician (BHT). The role offers a starting pay of $23.50 per hour with progression to $26.50 per hour for W2 employment, based on related experience.

Paid credentials and TB screening are provided to support the required clearances. BHT assignments cover school, home, and community settings across Lancaster County, PA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required or equivalent.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in school, home, and community settings.
• Prompt interventions in behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction per treatment plan goals.
• Collect daily data and document progress notes for each session with the child/adolescent.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
