Job summary

Avon, a 135-year-old beauty company, is hiring a New Product Development Manager in Poland for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end product development within your category, coordinating with Global, Local, APAC, Supply Chain, Marketing and NPI teams to deliver innovative products on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in NPD, PM, or related roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in beauty/FMCG.
• Strong planning and execution skills with multiple projects.
• Experience leading matrix teams across regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and balance objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept to launch in your category.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across global, regional, and local teams.
• Lead project governance meetings (Gate, Matrix, NPD, Global Pre-Gate).
• Support Global Gate processes and related documentation.
• Identify risks and drive effective solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving to meet objectives.
• Prepare and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Incorporate Supply Chain capabilities and regional requirements into plans.
• Collaborate with APAC Project Portfolio Management teams.
• Drive accountability across matrix teams to hit milestones.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
