ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Warsaw is seeking a Business Continuity Third Party Risk Expert to act as a subject matter expert on BCM risks within the TPRM process and to ensure third-party continuity controls are aligned with the 2nd Line of Defence.

You will review assessments, advise stakeholders and help develop the TPRM framework to meet evolving requirements. The role offers remote working possibilities and opportunities to collaborate across international entities, requiring English

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1) required.
• University degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, Business Continuity or related field.
• Professional experience in Business Continuity Management or similar.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA.
• Initial experience of external best practice in TPRM for continuity planning.
• Ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and align them with BCM framework.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on BCM risks within the TPRM process and serve as a sparring partner to the 1st LoD.
• Review control assessment questionnaires from a Business Continuity Risk perspective and evaluate third-party certifications.
• Guide and challenge business stakeholders in risk assessments for third-party relationships focusing on BCM.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the TPRM framework to align with regulatory changes.
• Organize information sessions for stakeholders on TPRM lifecycle topics and support local Risk Management Functions abroad.
