Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland is seeking a Business Continuity Third Party Risk Expert to lead BCM risk assessments within the TPRM process and act as a trusted partner to ensure continuity across third-party relationships.

Based in Gdańsk with flexible remote options, the role focuses on reviewing control assessments, guiding stakeholders, and enhancing the TPRM framework to meet regulatory requirements such as DORA.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1).
• University degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, Business Continuity or related field.
• Professional experience in Business Continuity Management or similar field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA.
• Initial experience of external best practice in TPRM for continuity planning.
• Ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and align them with BCM framework.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert on BCM risks within the TPRM process, ensuring effective management from a 2nd LoD perspective.
• Review control assessment questionnaires from a BCM risk perspective and evaluate third-party certifications.
• Guide, consult and challenge stakeholders in risk assessments for third-party relationships focusing on continuity risks.
• Support development, enhancement and maintenance of the TPRM framework to align with regulatory requirements and BCM standards.
• Organize information sessions for stakeholders and promote awareness of TPRM lifecycle topics across international entities.
