Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) is hiring for a role focusing on Business Continuity Management within Third-Party Risk Management. You will advise on BCM risks, review third‑party controls, and support the global TPRM framework while collaborating with international stakeholders.

The position requires a university degree in BCM or related fields and proven experience in BCM, with strong English communication and the ability to work independently on new TPRM topics.

Qualifications

• University degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, BCM or related field.
• Professional experience in Business Continuity Management or a similar field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA.
• Ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and align with BCM framework.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on BCM risks within the TPRM process across 2nd LoD, guiding stakeholders.
• Review control assessment questionnaires from a BCM risk perspective and evaluate third-party certifications.
• Coach stakeholders in risk assessments for third-party relationships, focusing on BCM risks.
• Support development and maintenance of the TPRM framework to align with regulatory changes and BCM standards.
• Organize information sessions for stakeholders on TPRM lifecycle topics and support local Risk Management Functions across international entities.
