Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland seeks a BCM Officer to support the Head of NF Risk in the lifecycle of business continuity management, coordinating with 1st line departments. The role focuses on updating risk analyses, impact assessments, and BCM crisis planning.

You will monitor BCM activities, provide training, and ensure the ERGO BCM policy is implemented, with the Adonis BCM process regularly updated. Fluent English and a Master’s in economics or related field are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1).
• Master’s degree in economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the update of the risk analyses, the business impact assessment, the business continuity plans and the planning and setting up of the BCM crisis test.
• Monitoring all BCM activities, challenging and supporting the 1st line in the execution.
• Providing training and being the bridge between the ERGO BCM community and the 1st line departments.
• Owning the ERGO BCM policy and guideline and ensuring its implementation.
• Being responsible for the update of the BCM process in Adonis.
