Job summary

CMC Markets is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst in Warszawa to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the BCM framework. You will collaborate with the BCM Manager and Technology teams to keep policies and BRPs accurate and test effective, aligning with resilience objectives.

You will assist BIAs, coordinate recovery plans, and manage testing exercises. The role emphasizes documentation, reporting, and cross-regional coordination within EMEA/APAC where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Business Continuity or Operational Resilience activities within a medium or large organisation.
• Understanding of Business Continuity principles and recognised standards (e.g. ISO 22301).
• Experience assisting with BIAs and BRPs.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse information and produce clear documentation and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of Operational Resilience requirements.
• Experience supporting BC exercises or crisis management activities.
• Experience using BC or GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the Business Continuity Policy, Framework and associated standards.
• Assist in the annual review and maintenance of BIAs across business functions.
• Coordinate the review and maintenance of BRPs, ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather information relating to critical processes, dependencies and recovery objectives.
• Coordinate BC testing exercises, planning, scheduling, documenting outcomes and remediation actions.
• Produce reports, dashboards and MI to support BC governance and reporting.
• Track actions arising from BC exercises, audits and reviews to completion.
• Support maintenance and administration of emergency notification and communication systems.
• Assist during major incidents and disruptions by providing coordination and documentation.
