Accenture is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst for its Banking team in Warsaw to help financial institutions transform through digital innovation, data, and technology. You will support core banking modernization, payments, risk and compliance, and customer experience to drive resilience and efficiency.

The role involves preparing specifications, integrating banking systems, conducting SIT/UAT, and collaborating with stakeholders across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience as Business Analyst or similar in financial institutions.
• Experience with transaction systems or core banking systems.
• Domain knowledge of payments (payments landscape).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system specifications.
• Support the integration of banking systems.
• Participate in test activities (SIT/UAT).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Conduct analyses and support testing.
• Act as a subject matter expert in payments.
