Oddział w Polsce seeks a Compliance Specialist to join the Deep Dive & Diagnostics team in Warsaw on a fixed-term STA. You will execute thematic reviews for Wholesale Banking across multiple EMEA locations, communicating findings to stakeholders and shaping QA priorities in collaboration with the business. The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem solving, and clear, persuasive written and verbal communication with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance monitoring, testing and/or internal audit methodologies, preferably in financial services.
• Experience reviewing non-financial risk areas per monitoring/testing/audit plan.
• Ability to own locational scope and liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with hands-on mentality and quality-focused delivery within deadlines.
• Strong planning, prioritization and goal-setting skills.
• Confidence in business discussions and clear written/spoken communication across levels.
• Proactive team player with cross-counterparty communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute thematic/process reviews within Wholesale Banking scope.

• Plan Compliance QA priorities with business cooperation.
• Liaise with business on the compliance monitoring programme.
