Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js (must-have).
• Strong experience with AWS (must-have).
• Experience with React (preferred).
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems.
• Proven experience managing technical execution across multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, and clean code principles.
• Experience delivering end-to-end features and projects from design through production.
• Experience working in a fast-paced product environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading or collaborating with global or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead team across multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery every sprint.
• Own sprint planning, capacity planning, and alignment on sprint goals.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and remove blockers across dependencies.
• Coach and develop team capabilities to boost velocity and skills.
• Lead technical design of scalable, reliable backend features and enforce engineering standards.
• Stay hands-on and mentor through high-scale cloud-based development (Node.js, AWS, MongoDB).
• Collaborate with Product to shape features from concept to release.
• Engage with customers in technical sessions to address requirements and integrations.
• Own the technical domain and liaise with Customer Success on product improvements.
