Job summary

Solid Company, a leading global bank, is undergoing a digital transformation and seeks engineers to design and implement API/microservice solutions. You will deliver quality code supporting critical customer journeys and champion new technologies.

You will collaborate with tech architects, QA, and Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery, code quality, and robust release processes. Hybrid work model with six days per month from Cracow office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and maintaining distributed containerised platforms.
• Deliver CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Review and signoff user stories and ensure coding standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Create and update API/microservice design and documentation.
• Deliver quality code to support customer journeys.
• Enable new technologies and champion their use.
• Review user stories and low level designs.
• Perform code reviews and ensure architecture alignment.
• Resolve blockers for developers.
• Communicate progress and blockers to management.
• Coordinate with Scrum Leads to feed work into the plan.
• Work with Test QAs to apply quality gates.
• Organize code reviews with management.
• Create production support walkthrough document.
• Create release checklist document.
