Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a backend engineer to build and maintain high-scale payments APIs and services. You will work with Go, PHP, and a world-spanning set of payment providers, designing robust microservices and efficient data flows.

You’ll contribute to system design, mentoring teammates, and advancing tooling and processes to improve throughput and reliability across the payments platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Golang.
• Experience working with PHP.
• Proven experience building microservices and knowledge of microservices patterns.
• Understanding of OOP principles and good code design.
• That you know a thing or two about API design.
• Good (My)SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Redis is a plus.
• That working with Git is nothing new to you.
