Qualifications

• Code in Kotlin or Java and have experience with Spring Boot and Kafka to build robust backend systems.
• Be enthusiastic about AI and stay at the forefront of technical innovation.
• Aim to build impactful tools powering real-time, data-driven support under high user traffic.
• Know how to use LLMs to create agents (automation, conversations).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluating LLM quality is a plus.
• Frontend knowledge (React/TypeScript) is a nice-to-have to build frontend reporting components.
• English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Build Allegro Merchant AI Assistant and robust backend microservices for real-time operations.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, data-driven features for merchants.
• Develop end-to-end solutions from registration to payment and pricing management.
