Jit is seeking a Backend Engineer to join an international team building scalable, highly available applications for millions of users. You'll help shape a new fintech initiative from its early stages using Python and Node.js, Kafka, and REST APIs in a cloud-based environment.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and collaboration with teams across Warsaw, Kraków, and the Tricity area, with elastic hybrid work and monthly office visits.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Strong experience with Python and Node.js.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable, highly available applications in a cloud-based fintech initiative.
