OLX is seeking an experienced software engineer to join a remote-friendly team in Poland. You will contribute to scalable, high-impact solutions, owning end-to-end delivery and applying AI judiciously to debugging, testing, and refactoring while maintaining product quality.

You will work with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP, and interact with AWS, databases, and IaC tools, ensuring robust software in a fast-moving environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Solid software development experience; ideally Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached).
• Good grasp of AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Ability to write structured prompts for multi-step AI tasks and manage AI output quality.
