Job summary

jw-a, a technical consulting company in real estate, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to maintain solid, regular, and professional B2B marketing communications. You will manage LinkedIn, craft graphics, and support content and website updates while collaborating with leadership.

The role requires strong writing, Polish/C1 and English, and proficiency with Canva and WordPress. Hybrid Warsaw office with 1–3 remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, especially on LinkedIn.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English.
• Able to manage a publication calendar and ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage JWA’s company LinkedIn profile, plan calendar, post regularly, and keep sequence.
• Prepare graphics, posts, presentations, and email footers in Canva, including photo editing.
• Record short LinkedIn video materials with JWA experts.
• Oversee ongoing website management (WordPress / Elementor).
• Edit and prepare expert content, including press releases with the team.
• Prepare newsletters in a dedicated tool.
• Support reports, publications and expert materials.
• Assist Partnerships and Market Relations Director in organizing marketing activities.
