Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate a robust Azure-based data and reporting platform. You will ensure reliability, scalability, and security while enabling data-driven products and external-facing services.

You will lead IaC, CI/CD, and observability efforts, collaborating with data engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver mission-critical workloads with strong governance and uptime targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure platform services and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design, implement and operate highly available cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, IaC and monitoring/observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD implementation, release management and deployment automation.
• Coordinate between engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability frameworks.
• Define backup, restore, DR, and business continuity strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Promote security controls and governance across platforms.
• Support scalability and SLA-driven availability requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and platform decisions.
