Job summary

Luxoft Poland in Kraków is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services in a microservices setup. You will build REST APIs and event-driven services for securitization workflows, deploying cloud-native applications on Azure with AKS-based orchestration.

You will use Terraform for IaC and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or GitHub. The role emphasizes scalable design, Linux environment skills, and AI-assisted tooling usage to boost productivity while

Qualifications

• Strong object-oriented programming with Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Web/REST APIs and message-driven services.
• Experience running containerized apps with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AKS, and related compute/storage services.
• Linux/Unix scripting and tooling; familiarity with AI-assisted development aids.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services within a microservices architecture.
• Build RESTful APIs and message-driven services for securitization workflows.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native apps on Azure including AKS orchestration.
• Use Terraform to define and manage infrastructure as code.
• Work with Docker, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub).
• Implement integrations using Kafka, IBM MQ, or Tibco EMS.
• Collaborate on scalable, resilient architecture and perform testing and observability.
