Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a skilled Java backend engineer to help migrate securitization platforms to a modern Azure cloud environment and design scalable microservices. The role focuses on building REST APIs, containerized services, and data workflows.

You will deploy on AKS, use Terraform for IaC, and integrate with trading, risk, and regulatory systems while ensuring high availability, resilience, and observability in a complex finance domain. Expect collaboration across projects and locations.

Qualifications

• Strong object-oriented programming with Java 11+.
• Extensive Spring Boot / Spring ecosystem experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and message-driven services.
• Containerized applications and cloud deployments on Azure.
• Familiarity with AKS, Terraform, CI/CD and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in a microservices architecture.
• Build RESTful APIs and message-driven services for securitization workflows.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native apps on Azure with AKS-based orchestration.
• Use Terraform to define and manage infrastructure as code.
• Work with Docker and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for production systems.
• Utilize Linux/Unix scripting for troubleshooting and operational support.
