Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to head the Identity and Access Management delivery team within the Digital space. You will design, build and operate customer-facing and internal services on Azure using C#/.NET in an Agile setup.

You will be a hands-on technical leader, shaping solution design while mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality, secure software. Experience in IAM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, building and operating modern web apps in C#/.NET.
• Strong Azure confidence focusing on secure, resilient services.
• Identity and Access Management domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of CIAM-focused systems.
• Build, test and operate C#/.NET back-end services in Azure.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners and Analysts.
