Job summary

PAYALLY GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to own and improve our DevOps practices in a regulated financial services environment. You will shape tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure to enable secure, scalable delivery across teams.

The role emphasizes governance, resilience, and cost optimization while enabling development, testing, deployment, operation, and monitoring of applications. This remote position requires occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience as Azure DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with MS SQL and Azure SQL databases.
• Knowledge of system security and governance.

• Professional certifications are advantageous.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to manage and continuously improve our DevOps capabilities within a regulated financial services environment. You will take ownership of the engineering practices, tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure that enable development teams to build, test, deploy, operate, and monitor applications reliably and securely. You will work closely with our internal teams to establish scalable DevOps standards while ensuring solutions meet the security, resilience, auditability, and governance expectations of a financial services organisation.

• Self-motivated, professional and able to work independently and as part of a team
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science and Professional Certification will be advantageous
