Job summary

PAYALLY GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to elevate our DevOps capabilities in a regulated financial services environment. You will own engineering practices, tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure enabling development teams to build, test, deploy, operate, and monitor applications reliably and securely.

This fully remote role offers quarterly travel when needed, on a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with MS SQL and Azure SQL databases.
• Knowledge of system security.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• BSc/Ba in IT or Computer Science; professional certifications are advantageous.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to manage and continuously improve our DevOps capabilities within a regulated financial services environment.

You will take ownership of the engineering practices, tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure that enable development teams to build, test, deploy, operate, and monitor applications reliably and securely.

You will work closely with our internal teams to establish scalable DevOps standards while ensuring solutions meet the security, resilience, auditability, and governance expectations of a financial services organisation.

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, professional and able to work independently and as part of a team
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science and Professional Certification will be advantageous
