Job summary
Sii Poland is hiring in its Data & Analytics unit to design and operate scalable data platforms on Azure. You will build robust ETL/ELT pipelines, model data for analytics, and collaborate with BI and Data Science teams to deliver insights.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data processing, strong SQL/Python, Spark experience, and fluency in English and Polish. The role requires residing in Poland and offers opportunities across Data Lake/Data Warehouse projects.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with large data volumes.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with Spark / PySpark.
- Designing Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Ability to build ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Cloud-based Azure data processing project experience.
- Knowledge of distributed data processing concepts.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run scalable data processing platforms.
- Create and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for diverse sources.
- Model data and tailor structures for analytics needs.
- Implement batch and near real-time processing solutions.
- Monitor and optimize existing data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and Data Science.
- Gather business requirements and propose solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for solutions.
- Mentor less experienced team members and share best practices.
