LHH Recruitment Solutions in Wrocław, Poland is recruiting for a Platform Owner role focused on cloud-based business platforms and central digital services in an international environment.

You will bridge business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and external development teams, translating requirements into scalable digital solutions while prioritizing backlog and ensuring production readiness.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure environments and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience managing backlog and coordinating development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to connect business needs with technical delivery.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage backlog for cloud-based platforms and central services.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and development priorities.
• Coordinate external development teams and support sprint planning activities.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Management, and business stakeholders.
• Support development and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms and shared services.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural principles.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and production readiness of delivered solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of cloud platforms and related business processes.

About the project

• This role is focused on ownership and coordination of cloud-based business platforms and central digital services within an international environment.
• The person in this position will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and external development teams, ensuring that cloud solutions are properly prioritized, delivered, tested, and continuously improved.
• This is not a pure hands-on Cloud Engineering role. The focus is more on platform ownership, backlog management, coordination, process understanding, and ensuring that business requirements are successfully translated into scalable digital solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Own and manage backlog for cloud-based platforms and central services
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and development priorities
• Coordinate external development teams and support sprint planning activitiesWork closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Management, and business stakeholders

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural principles

Our requirements

• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure environments and cloud-based platforms
• Experience working with web applications, APIs, integrations, or digital products
• Experience managing backlog and coordinating development teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to connect business needs with technical delivery
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Structured, ownership-driven, and pragmatic mindset
• Experience working within international environments is a plus

Optional

• Experience with identity management, authentication, or customer portal solutions
• Knowledge of API management and integrations
• Experience with customer-facing digital platforms
• Exposure to monitoring, governance, or cloud security topics
• Experience cooperating with external software vendors
• German language skills would be an advantage
