Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee Line and Base maintenance, guiding engineering teams and ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate planning, resources and materials while working with Compliance Monitoring to address findings.

You will lead, manage and develop engineers, supervise performance reviews, and ensure maintenance records meet regulatory standards. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage Line and Base maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Base and Line Maintenance activities and performance.
• Lead and develop engineering personnel and ensure competence.
• Coordinate planning, resources, tooling and materials for maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance complies with work specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontracted maintenance providers and address audit findings.
• Support Line Maintenance coverage and out-of-hours requirements as needed.
• Maintain engineering facilities to regulatory standards.
