Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on flight planning experience to bridge aviation operations and IT solutions. You will analyze operational scenarios, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable specs for development and testing in an international setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners and developers, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week in Gdańsk) and opportunities in a global airline IT environment.

Qualifications

• Aviation background in education or hands-on flight planning/operations.
• Strong knowledge of flight planning and airline operations.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or motivation to grow in this area.
• Ability to translate operational needs into requirements for development/testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Willingness to work hybrid (2 days/week in Gdańsk).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational scenarios, user needs and business processes in aviation.
• Gather, document and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate needs into clear specifications for dev and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, researchers and developers in an international environment.
• Support design, implementation and validation to meet user and operational requirements.
