Lufthansa Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI Developer (all genders) in Gdańsk with strong Python experience to deliver high-quality AI software.

You will implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, participate in testing and CI/CD, and contribute to DevOps practices while collaborating with an international team. The role demands at least 3 years of commercial AI product development, REST API experience, and solid knowledge of Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, with good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in AI product development using Python.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and software quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of AI delivery processes: MLOps, LLMOps.
• Experience in development of REST API services.
• Understanding of Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Candidate based in the Tri-city area or willing to move to Gdańsk.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using Python, following design patterns and coding best practices.
• Design and implement high-quality AI solutions, including evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure software quality, including testing and CI/CD.
• Create documentation, including solution design.
