Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Test Automation Engineer in a hybrid Poland-based role.

You will design and develop automated backend tests, extend our Python test framework, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust REST API validation and data workflows. The position requires 3+ years in software testing, strong Python skills (pytest), Docker experience, and good English (B2+).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software testing.
• Hands-on experience in automated tests and test frameworks.
• Solid Python skills (pytest).
• REST APIs testing experience.
• Solid grasp of Docker.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Confidence working in Linux/UNIX and shell.
• Very good English skills (B2+).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated backend tests.
• Extend and improve our Python-based test automation framework.
• Integrate automated tests into modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate REST APIs and complex data processing workflows.
