BorgWarner is seeking an experienced test systems validation engineer for automotive power electronics and drive module assembly. You will oversee test development from concept through production, analyze requirements and data, and ensure timely commissioning of equipment.

Role requires hands-on experience with test tools, programming (C/C++, LabVIEW, TestStand), and continuous improvement within a global operations context.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 5+ years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within automotive or related industry.
• Familiarity with test equipment: DMM, dynometer, ARB, Power Supply, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex engineering problems.
• Experience in data analytics and 8D lean practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead validation of test systems from concept to production launch.
• Manage validation process activities during the product design cycle.
• Address critical path timing issues to ensure on-time test development.
• Analyze requirements and data; procure and commission equipment.
