Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of mass production processes.
• Solid knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Technical knowledge of the relevant product and manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering is an asset.
• English proficiency enabling effective business communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuous optimization of production processes.
• Implementation of new and advanced production technologies.
• Preparation of documentation in accordance with APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Procurement of new production equipment.
• Increasing productivity and analyzing production performance.
• Continuous implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Conducting benchmarking analyses with other BorgWarner facilities.
