Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or practical equivalent.
• Experience in automation engineering, low-code/no-code tooling, scripting, or related development work.
• Strong understanding of prompt pipelines, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and modern AI-enabled tooling.
• Experience supporting MCP-related setups is a plus.
• Ability to build reusable templates and clear technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a AI Developer to support the design, configuration, and deployment of low-code AI tools and automation solutions.

This role combines hands-on implementation with stakeholder consulting, focusing on prompt pipelines, automation scripts, API integrations, and no-code / low-code tooling. You will help evaluate how platforms can be connected with internal and external tools, support MCP setup, and contribute to scalable, reusable automation capabilities across teams.

• Configure and deploy low-code AI tools to support business and operational use cases.
• Design, build, and maintain prompt pipelines, automation scripts, and API integrations.E

• Support the setup and operationalization of MCP environments and related tooling.
• Build and maintain skill libraries and reusable automation templates for recurring use cases.
• Standardize solution components to enable consistent and scalable implementation across teams.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation quality, usability, and efficiency.
• Document implemented solutions in a clear and structured manner.
• Prepare handover materials and support the transition of solutions to relevant teams.
• Ensure that implemented automations are understandable, maintainable, and ready for ongoing use.
• Support and consult stakeholders on low-code AI tools, automation approaches, and implementation options.
• Work closely with relevant teams to understand requirements, define suitable solutions, and support adoption.
• Communicate progress, dependencies, and technical considerations in a clear and practical way.

Your core competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
• Experience in automation engineering, low-code / no-code tooling, scripting, or related development work.
• Strong understanding of prompt pipelines, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with low-code and no-code platforms as well as modern AI-enabled tooling.
• Experience supporting or configuring MCP-related setups is an advantage.
• Ability to build reusable templates, structured solution components, and clear technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
