We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation QA Engineer with expertise in both manual testing and test automation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-performing software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate and improve Insly's products by performing both exploratory and automated testing.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to balance hands-on testing with the development and execution of automation scripts, contributing to the quality of our projects across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Design and maintain automated test scripts in Playwright and Postman.
Integrate and manage automated tests in CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs while collaborating with others for resolution.
Perform API testing, analyse results, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in manual and automated software testing, with strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in Java for automation and hands-on experience with tools like Playwright or Postman for API testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and integrating automation into development pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Fluent written and spoken English.
