Insly is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing development team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of Insly’s web applications. You will own manual testing activities, identify defects and edge cases, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver features as expected.
The role involves creating and maintaining test cases in TestRail, thorough web-based UI testing, and managing bugs through Jira.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing development team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of Insly’s web applications.
In this role, you will take ownership of manual testing activities, identify defects and edge cases, and work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure features are delivered as expected. Whether you are early in your career or already have a few years of experience, we are ready to support your development and help you strengthen your testing expertise.
Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases in TestRail to ensure full feature coverage.
Perform thorough manual testing of our web applications, identifying edge cases and UI/UX inconsistencies.
Manage the full bug lifecycle using Jira, from initial reporting through verification and closure.
Work closely with developers to ensure tasks and features are implemented as specified.
Take an active role in the sprint process by participating in refinement sessions, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Proven experience in manual software testing, preferably with web-based applications.
Familiarity with Jira for task management.
Experience with TestRail or a similar test case management tool.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to developers and other stakeholders.
A curious, proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail.
A natural interest in identifying edge cases and understanding how systems may fail.
Fluent written and spoken English.
